Cold Brew Tea Recipe | 冷泡法
Ingredients | 材料
Tea 茶葉 | 3g
*tea bag x 1 一個茶包Water 水量 | 300ml
(1g tea : 100ml water | 1克茶葉 : 100ml 水 - may adjust according to personal preference | 可按個人濃淡喜好再作調整)
Steps | 步驟
Put the tea in the container then pour in room temperature water
將茶包放入容器並加入室溫水Have the container well covered and place it at room temperature for 3 - 5 hours for better flavor extraction (can shorten to 1-2 hours during hot summer days)
將容器蓋好後，將其放置於室溫約 3-5小時，能加強風味箤取 (夏日可縮短到1-2小時)After that, you may take the tea for refrigeration. It will take around 12 - 16 hours for the infusion
之後可將容器放入雪櫃內冷藏，約需 12-16小時完成浸泡Once the time is up, take the tea bag out of the container and discard the tea
浸泡完成後，可將茶包拿岀Serve it as it is or adding in some fresh fruit or mint for different occasions. The tea will keep well for 3 days when it’s covered and refrigerated
可即刻飲用或加入不同新鮮生果等作配搭，冷泡茶可保存約三天
