Mr. Alky Ma,
Director

Certified Tea Sommelier.
Studied Fine Arts and graduated from CUHK. Alky has been pursuing the art of tea since 2013 and established his own tea brand - Moonlight - in 2017. Moonlight Tea has garnered considerable success and has helped him become an established name in the local tea and hospitality industries. These experiences have equipped him as a strong force in managing Tea Concepts with his expert knowledge.

Consultant

Certified Tea Specialist with the WTA.
Tony’s family has been involved with the tea industry going back for generations but it took a stay in Hong Kong experiencing some of the best Chinese teas for him to be inspired to set up Tea Concepts. Frustrated with the limited range of teas served at hospitality outlets, he set out to improve this by offering a much larger range of premium teas and herbals to the market. Since then Tony has visited most of the tea growing regions in China, however he remains a big fan and expert on western style teas.

Ms. Candy Ho,
Consultant

Certified Tea Master and Member of the International Tea Masters Association.
Candy joined Tony in setting up Tea Concepts in 2003. Born and brought up in Hong Kong, Candy brings a knowledge of local tastes as well as a lifetime interest in Chinese teas. Since the company was established, she has built up a network of contacts with tea farmers and suppliers in all the key tea regions of China. Candy graduated as a Tea Master in 2014 and is one of the lead tea educators at Tea Concepts.
