Our involvement with tea goes back through generations to the early 1840s in Scotland, while the Hong Kong company, Tea Concepts Ltd., was established here in 2003. Our decades of experience and industry contacts ensure that we are able to consistently source the best teas from the best growers for your benefit.
We pride ourselves on being a modern and innovative tea company, offering the latest trends in tea and herbal beverages from around the world. Our products include world leading tea brands, loose tea leaves, custom tea blends, private label tea bags, retail tea items, teaware and a tea training academy.
Tea Concepts source our teas directly from the tea plantations across the globe, including but not limited to China, Taiwan, Japan, Sri Lanka, India to South Africa and etc. We partner with our plantations in close communication to ensure a stable and quality supply for our clients.

Certified Quality Standards
Ensuring a premium standard of our products through a multi-level and multi-stage quality control system is always our priority.
Quality starts at the tea producer where we require systems to be in place to ensure compliance with standards for pesticides, foreign bodies, and heavy metals. When we receive the teas, we test them for compliance with taste and quality standards including selected testing to confirm compliance with the food safety regulations. We operate strict procedures for packing and handling of teas to ensure that the tea you receive is exactly as ordered and is of the utmost quality.
